About Joanie

Joanie Blackwell, a native of the Huntsville/Madison, and Limestone County areas, loves matching clients with their real estate solutions. She began her career in real estate in 1987; then licensed as a broker in 1991. Over the next 20 years Joanie worked as Vice President/Regional Manager for Flournoy Properties and was their Designated Alabama Broker. With a strong background in marketing, sales, and property management, she started her own team/business at RE/MAX Unlimited in 2010. The Blackwell Real Estate Partners, LLC has since become a #1 Top Producing Team both locally and regionally. In 2018, 2019, 2020 & 2021 she and her team achieved RE/MAX Diamond Club. Joanie has also been awarded the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement and Hall of Fame Awards. She currently serves on the Huntsville Area Association of Realtors Board of Directors (2019/2020/2021 2022).

In April of 2021, Joanie and her husband Charlie, fulfilled a life long dream and became Owner/Broker of RE/MAX Unlimited's Multi Office franchise in Huntsville and Madison Al. RE/MAX Unlimited is a Premier Brokerage with over 145 agents servicing the North Alabama area.
In addition, Joanie is the Owner of North Alabama Property Management Group, LLC, a full service Property Management Company that manages approximately one hundred single family homes in the North Alabama region.
In their down time, you can find Joanie and Charlie, enjoying time with their grown children, keeping up with their three wonderful grandchildren, playing Golf or Relaxing at the Beach.
