About Ivonne

With a real estate career that began in 2013, I’ve had the pleasure of helping many wonderful clients achieve their real estate dreams. My journey took a significant step forward in 2018 when I earned my Associate Broker’s license, enhancing my ability to serve clients with even greater expertise.
My educational foundation in Marketing and diverse professional background—including roles in automotive manufacturing, non-profit organizations, and working with children with disabilities—has equipped me with a unique perspective that I bring to every real estate transaction. These varied experiences have honed my ability to understand and address the unique needs and goals of each client.
As a former military spouse (US Army Retired), I have a deep understanding of the complexities involved in relocations, whether they are across cities or continents. Having navigated my own move from Panama and being a proud transplant myself, I empathize with the challenges of settling into a new environment.
Fluent in Spanish, I am able to assist a diverse clientele and am passionate about making each client’s transition as smooth as possible. Outside of real estate, I indulge in my love for gourmet cooking, reading, and enjoying outdoor activities, particularly those involving the ocean. I also dream of one day becoming a sommelier.
When I'm not assisting clients, you can find me cherishing moments with my two adult children, one in college and the other a recent graduate, and spending time with our beloved furry friends—both canine and feline.
