My experience and knowledge in the real estate industry started during the 1990’s in Georgia. My ability provides a unique perspective on the real estate market, allowing me to share valuable insights with clients to help them make the best decisions for their needs. I specialize in all aspects of home buying and selling in North Alabama, including no-money-down deals, investment properties, first-time buyers, and foreclosed properties.
As a Vietnam veteran and Military Relocation Specialist, I have a special bond with the needs of fellow veterans. Education is key to exceeding client expectations. I have earned designations such as Military Relocation Specialist (MRP), Residential Real Estate Probate Specialist Certification, e-Pro certification, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, and C2EX (commitment to excellence) from the National Association of REALTORS®.
